Garments (Tights & Apparel)
For hygiene reasons, garments are non-returnable once worn.
However, we do offer an exchange with any of our products if the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been worn
- The item is unused and unwashed
- The item is in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Please Note:
Items that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to hygiene standards.
T-Shirts (Size Exchange)
If you face a size issue with T-shirts, we are happy to offer a size exchange provided that:
- The T-shirt is unused and unworn
- It is returned in original condition with tags intact
Perfumes
We assure premium quality and long-lasting fragrances. Our perfumes are crafted with a 40%+ fragrance concentration, which is the maximum level approved internationally, ensuring exceptional longevity and performance.
Due to the nature of the product, perfumes are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We are confident you will love the fragrance experience.
